Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00.
If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.
Private on-site parking is available for EUR 9 per day or EUR 57 per week.
The property lift will be out of order from 05 to 09 September 2016 and from 12 to 23 September 2016.
Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival, housekeeping mid-week. The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation.
The price includes: all taxes and fees (except local tax), TV, bed linen, bathroom linen, household linen (dish towel and bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning at the end of the stay (except for kitchen area and dishes),
For stays from 2 to 6 nights: check-in from 14:00 and check-out until 17:00 (subject to availability otherwise 12:00).
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg, is available and at extra charge (subject to availability). The kit includes: 1 folding bed, 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair.
The outdoor swimming pool is open from May to September.
With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.
In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
